The Steamship Authority also offers vehicle ferry service; however, car reservations in August are extremely limited and should be secured well in advance. If you plan to bring a vehicle, early booking is strongly recommended.
By Air:
Nantucket Memorial Airport (ACK) offers seasonal and year-round service from major hubs including:

- New York
- Washington, D.C.
Cape Air provides frequent connections through Boston. Airlines such as JetBlue, Delta, American, and United typically finalize Nantucket routes in the spring.

Moorings & Dockage Space
Dockage and moorings during Race Week (and in general) are in high demand. We strongly suggest that you make your reservations as early as possible.

August on Nantucket traditionally offers classic island sailing conditions:

Conditions are typically excellent for racing and outdoor events. Racers are encouraged to pack appropriate sun protection, technical gear, and foul weather gear as weather can always change.
